I would like to acknowledge all the persons with whom I had the privilege of working on these projects.  I apologize for not naming each one, as the list would be very long.  I have learned a great deal from them on these projects, often more than I manage to contribute.   In addition to the successes they achieved, I find particularly useful to learn first hand the problems, failures, and mistakes they made, so I can tell others (and myself) to avoid them in the future.  I also enjoy the challenges of understanding the cultural differences that make certain approaches work well in a country, but not in others.
