I would like to acknowledge all the persons with whom I had the privilege of
working on these projects. I apologize for not naming each one, as the
list would be very long. I have learned a great deal from them on these
projects, often more than I manage to contribute. In addition to the
successes they achieved, I find particularly useful to learn first hand the
problems, failures, and mistakes they made, so I can tell others (and myself) to
avoid them in the future. I also enjoy the challenges of understanding the
cultural differences that make certain approaches work well in a country, but
not in others.
